That is, in essence, our full line of moulds for pralines, professional praline moulds and highly-productive moulds for 3D pralines.
Manufactured in polycarbonate for food use, these tools are suitable for producing glossy, uniform and perfectly-shaped pralines.
The series includes heart-shaped, egg-shaped and ball-shaped models to decorate desserts or to make refined chocolates for window display. These praline moulds make it possible to create 28 pieces at a time.
Our praline moulds come with base, lid and perforated tray. While both base and lide give shape to chocolates and are both equipped with magnet for more stable interlocking, the tray facilitates smoothing after exceeding chocolate has been removed.
Indications for a correct use of the praline moulds.
1) Combine base and lid.
2) Fill the cavities with chocolate with the help of a pastry bag.
3) Insert the perforated tray.
4) Empty the chocolate in the Meltinchoc melter to create the praline layer.
5) Smooth to remove exceeding chocolate.
6) Remove the tray before the chocolate has a chance to crystallise.
7) Open the mould to extract the pralines.
